OPCALLS Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use OPCALLS ("Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: Name, email address, company name, and billing details when you register.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, IP address, browser type, and device information.
Voice and conversation data: Transcripts and metadata from AI agent conversations conducted through your account, including data provided by your end users.
Uploaded content: Files, images, and documents you upload to the Service.
Communications: Support requests and correspondence with us.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.
- Processing payments and managing your subscription.
- Sending transactional emails (receipts, confirmations, alerts).
- Responding to support requests.
- Monitoring for security threats, abuse, and compliance.
- Analyzing aggregate usage patterns to improve the Service (no individual targeting).
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI processing), Upstash (rate limiting), Vercel (hosting) — each under data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice.
5. End-User Data (Your Visitors)
When your AI agents interact with your customers ("end users"), you are the data controller for that data and we act as a data processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for collecting and processing end-user data, providing appropriate privacy notices to end users, and complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Conversation transcripts are retained for up to 12 months and may be deleted at your request. You may export your data at any time from the dashboard. Upon account deletion, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, row-level security in our database, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take commercially reasonable precautions.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication session management. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics, if any, are privacy-preserving and do not identify individual users.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).

10. International Transfers

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
