1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OPCALLS ("Service"), operated by OPCALLS Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OPCALLS provides AI voice agents, marketplace listings, web widgets, phone lines, and related tools for businesses. Features may change as we improve the platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes, including spam, fraud, harassment, or violation of third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

5. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its software are owned by the Company. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited license to operate the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
